1. デジタルデコーダーはご契約１件につき、1台の進呈とさせて頂きます。
2. JSTVが負担するアンテナ取り付け料の上限は€ 250／£150までとさせていただきます。それ以上につきましては、お客様のご負担となります。
3. お住まいの場所や状況によって、ご覧になれない場合がございます。
4. アンテナ取付けの工事契約はお客様、取付業者間となり、工事内容についての保証は業者からとなります。弊社及び特約店では保証致しかねます。
5. この特典は初期設置時のみとなります。
6. この特典は他者に譲渡、換金することは出来ません。
7. 国、地域によっては、取り付け業者を派遣出来ない場合もございます。この場合、お客様から、デコーダー、取り付け料を取り付け業者へお支払い頂き、その領収書をJSTVへ送付頂ければ、視聴料にて返金させて頂きます。
8. 有料での最低契約期間は１年間となり、視聴開始後、途中退会されても12ヶ月分のご視聴料はお支払い頂きます。
9. 事情により視聴開始が不可能だった場合は、ご入会時に送付させて頂きました視聴カード、及びデジタルデコーダーをご返却頂き、入会取消しとし視聴料はいただきません。返却費用はお客様のご負担となります。
10. カード及びデコーダーを破損、紛失した場合は、視聴カード代金€ 50／£30、デコーダー代金実費をお支払い頂きます。ご注意下さい。
11. 再入会の方(ご入会月から、過去1年以内に退会された方)はこのキャンペーンの特典をご利用になれません。
12. 取り付け業者及びJSTV、特約店の社員ならびに関係者は、キャンペーンの対象となりません。
13. ケーブルテレビ経由でご入会の場合は、キャンペーンの対象となりません。


Free Joining Fee＋Free Digital Decoder
＋ € 250/£150 Subsidy for Antenna Installation
Terms & Conditions:
Your application form must be received by us during the promotional period of 1st October 2008 to 22nd December 2008.　This promotional offer ends on 22nd December 2008.
1. One digital decoder will be given free for one individual contract.
2. JSTV will subsidize up to € 250／£150 for your satellite dish installation. The amount over € 250／£150 will be borne at your own cost.
3. Due to the alignment or location of your residence, a satellite antenna dish may not be able to receive the signals from JSTV. If you do not find any satellite dishes at your neighbor's residents, we would recommend you to seek the advice of a satellite installer before purchasing any equipment.
4. The contract of installing the satellite dish and the digital decoder is between the installer and yourself. JSTV and our agents do not have any responsibility to guarantee the work done by the installers.
5. This offer is for the first time installation only.
6. This offer cannot be transferred to the other person or be converted into money.
7. We are not able to arrange the installer in some areas or some countries. In that case, please arrange the installer by yourself, make the payment to them and send the receipt to JSTV. With your receipt, we will refund the amount up to € 250／£150 from your subscription fee.
8. The minimum subscription contract period is 12 months after you start paying the subscription fee.
9. Even though you terminate your subscription within 12 months after you start viewing, 12 months subscription fee is still valid and should be paid.
10. For any reason that the reception of JSTV cannot be achieved, JSTV viewing card and digital decoder must be returned to JSTV at customer’s expense in order that the contract is cancelled and no subscription fee is charged.
11. Please be informed that the viewing card £30／€50 and the cost of digital decoder will be payable by the customer if in case damaged or lost by the customer.
12. This promotional offer is not open to re-joiners who cancelled JSTV subscription within the past 12 months.
13. Those companies which have business links to JSTV (installers, JSTV agents etc.) and their staffs can not apply to this promotional offer.
14. This promotional offer is not open to those who are the customers of Cable TV companies.

1. 視聴料は視聴開始月から4ヶ月分の視聴料を無料とさせて頂きます。ただし、視聴開始日が2009年1月以降でも視聴料は2009年4月1日からお支払いとなります。
2. 有料での最低契約期間は3ヶ月です。視聴開始後、途中退会されても3ヶ月分のご視聴料はお支払い頂きます。ご注意下さい。
注1） 事情により視聴開始が不可能だった場合は、入会時に送付させて頂きました視聴カードをご返却頂き、入会取り消しとし視聴料は頂きません。
注2） 視聴カードを紛失した場合は、€ 50／£30をお支払い頂きます。
3. 取り付け業者及びJSTV、特約店の社員ならびに関係者はキャンペーンの対象となりません。
4. 再入会の方（2008年10月から遡って、過去一年以内に退会された方）はキャンペーンの特典はご利用になれません。

Your application form must be received by us during the promotional period of 1st October 2008 to 22nd December 2008. This promotional offer ends on 22nd December 2007.
1. If you choose this offer, the joining fee is free and the subscription fee is free for 4months from the month you start viewing. However, please note that the subscription fee will be charged from 1st April 2009 in any case.
2. The minimum payable subscription contract period is 3 months. Even though you terminate your subscription within 3 months after you start paying, 3 months subscription fee is still valid and should be paid.
3. For any reason a successful reception of JSTV can not be achieved, JSTV’s viewing card is to be returned to JSTV in order that the contract is cancelled. £30／€50 the cost for viewing card will be payable by the customer if in case damaged or lost.
4. Those companies which have business links to JSTV (installers, JSTV agents etc.) and their staffs can not apply to this promotional offer.
5. This promotional offer is not open to re-joiners who cancelled JSTV subscription within the past 12 months counting back from October 2008.
6. This promotional offer is not open to those who join through Cable TV companies.
