Please note !!! When you experience some viewing problem, please note that rebooting the decoder (i.e. switch off and switch on the receiver) does not always result to the recovery of the picture. Please wait until the picture recovers automatically. If it does not recover, you can reboot the decoder once. The viewing disturbance does not cause the failure on your decoder. Please treat your decoder carefully by switching on and off at one time. As the digital decoder is a precision machine like PC, it needs some time to read the information through. Operating the decoder excessively may result to some fault. If your decoder becomes faulty, we recommend purchasing a new one. Generally, the warranty period of the decoder by manufacturer is one year and the durable period is 3 years.
